Confluences is a business facilitation and project implementation firm supporting international and local companies in Cambodia and Southeast Asia. We provide tailored services to help our clients manage their operations with efficiency and compliance, including office hosting, HR and payroll, company registration, and regulatory support.
Our Operations department is based in a 900 sqm business center in Phnom Penh, offering private offices, coworking desks, meeting rooms, and shared resources to help businesses operate seamlessly in Cambodia.
Our Services Include:
- Office rental & hosting (private offices, co-working desks, legal address)
- Employer of Record (EoR), payroll & HR support
- Business registration, licensing, immigration & product authorization
- Administrative coordination & compliance follow-up
- Tailored operational support across multiple sectors
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Client Operations Coordinator to help grow our operations services and coordinate client onboarding. This role combines business development, partnership building, and implementation oversight. You will work closely with the Sales Director and Operations team to structure and deliver tailored solutions to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Commercial Development
- Identify, approach, and nurture strategic partners (consulting firms, relocation agencies, legal advisors, etc.)
- Present and promote Confluences’ services to new prospects and existing partners
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and contractual onboarding with new clients
Implementation & Coordination
- Coordinate the setup of services (office rental, EoR, HR/payroll, business registration, visas, etc.)
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery
- Follow up with relevant ministries and government bodies on licenses, permits, and compliance requirements
- Maintain clear documentation and service records
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 2+ years in business development, project coordination, or client service
- Familiarity with Cambodian administrative procedures is a strong asset
- Understanding of compliance, HR, or company setup preferred
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and follow through with attention to detail
- Client-focused and proactive mindset
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Languages:
- Native Khmer speaker is required. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). French is a plus.skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, or related fields
