About Company:
A large international company in e-commerce is looking to expand its Cambodian operations. This company specializes in e-commerce parcel solutions for e-tailer and mail delivery services, etc.
Position Overview:
We are recruiting a Finance Executive who will support the day-to-day finance operations for outsourced service activities in Cambodia. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial processing, timely billing and collections, compliance with local regulations, and maintaining proper financial records to support business operations and reporting requirements.
The candidate is expected to work closely with Operations,Commercial, Shared Services, and Singapore Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of finance processes within a fast-paced logistics and e-commerce environment.
What You'll Do:
- Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and issue customer Dunning reports (SOA) accurately and on a timely basis
- Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on over due balances and monitor funds remittance
- Support reconciliation of billing discrepancies and customer disputes
- Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices and staff claims (Rydoo) in accordance with company policies
- Monitor incoming vendor mails, upload all invoices into shared folder and update vendor invoice data in SAP upload excel template.
- Populate payment schedule and SAP template (Excel)for staff claims / 3rd vendors / GIRO
- Monitor Urgent payment and prepare AP AgingPayments schedule (Weekly basic)
- Raise request in company share-folder Portal - to create/amend new/existing vendors
What We’re looking for:
- Education:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience & Skills:
- 1–2 years of finance/accounting experience preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or shared services is an advantage
- Langauge:
- Fluent in English: both spoken and written, and Khmer language capability is an advantage

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
