A leading French bakery, café, and restaurant, known for artisanal breads, pastries, and traditional French recipes, is opening its first flagship store in Cambodia to deliver a premium guest experience.
Position Overview
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations and drive revenue growth.This role combines operational skills with strategic sales initiatives to ensure exceptional guest experience and strong financial performance in adherence to brand’s standards of French excellence.
What You’ll Do:
OperationsLeadership:
- Lead daily restaurant operations including opening and store closing, staffing, inventory, food quality, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate daily supply orders for drinks.
- Ensure smooth implementation of new F&B products.
- Ensure full SOP compliance (checklist, stores management, service), sales report accuracy, and proper cash handling.
- Handle maintenance issues, including repair and upkeep scheduling.
- Support catering operations in coordination with management team (event manpower, setup, feedbacks).
Customer Service:
- Provide prompt and excellent customer service to guests.
- Interacts positively and professionally with guests, colleagues and other departments as appropriate and required.
- Recommends and suggests specialties to guest, up sells whenever possible.
- Handle guest complaints with care and provide service recovery options.
Team Leadership:
- Hold your daily briefing with service team. Weekly briefing with kitchen team.
- Train and develop front-of-house staff to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Prepare staff roster to optimize productivity.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Inventory and Cost Control:
- Responsible for all ordering, inventory, stationery and stocks for daily use in outlet.
- Implement plans to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions assigned by management.
- Create relationships with partnerships such as hotels, food delivery company and agents for revenue growth.

Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, labor laws, and brand standards.
- Report directly to senior management on operational and financial performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Cambodian national with at least 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant or Shop Manager
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with a positive, proactive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and retail/shop management software
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and service excellence
- Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays
