Our Business Unit – Gourmet Department, additionally, has been an exclusive distributor of Malongo products (Coffee and Coffee machines) since2021; in 2025, the department has expanded as a curated selection of fine wines and spirits distributor, offering a premium range of sustainable and ethically sourced products.  

 

To pursue this development, Confluences is now actively looking for a new Sales Intern for our gourmet department to expand its products and services in the Cambodian market.  

Position Overview

As a Sales Intern for the Malongo brand, you will support our sales team in managing day-to-day operations, assisting with client interactions, and contributing to promotional activities. This role offers hands-on experience in sales coordination, customer service, and brand representation in a dynamic, international business setting.

 

You’ll assist with order processing, help maintain our CRM system, take part in organizing tastings and events, and support the team in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in processing and coordinating B2B, B2C, and distributor orders
  • Support the team in maintaining strong client relationships
  • Help identify and reach out to potential leads and partners
  • Participate in organizing coffee tastings, product demos, and brand events
  • Attend and support industry events to promote the Malongo brand
  • Follow up on deliveries and client communications
  • Keep CRM and internal records updated for sales tracking and reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Skill: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience: Some experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, knowledge of French is a strong asset, Khmer would be a great plus. 
  • Availability: Can Start in June 2025 or July 2025.
  • Attributes: Fearless attitude, proactive, and capable of managing a dedicated team as the role evolves.
